Manwill Plumbing & Heating

Manwill provides a fantastic service, very responsive, and fairly priced. We had an issue with our heating system where it would regularly short cycle. Mark Evans, an Engineer from Manwill, was able to come out at short notice and get to work. This was not a simple fix and required a some new parts, diagnostic testing, and a return visit to check everything was working smoothly. Mark did a great job and was very patient and kind to our dogs as he came in and out of our house. Thoroughly recommend Manwill.

Mark showed up exactly when he said he would, giving us a call ahead of time. He was very courteous and we felt comfortable having him in our home. He also seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend him!

On approximately 2-5-2025 I called Manwell plumbing to take out an old pedestal sink and install another. I informed the scheduler that my house was built in the 1930's and the walls were marble so I need someone with experience. On 2-20 the plumber came and indicated that he could install the sink for $410.00 he saw it was mounted on marble. I also told him when he drilled to call me unless he could use the original holes. I agreed to the price; he installed the sink and when he was done he said he did not anchor it to the wall or use the bracket because he was not comfortable drilling into the marble. He said the caulk should hold and if not call the office. I didn't feel comfortable with that and called his boss the next day. I spoke to Brian. He indicated that they were not comfortable with drilling the marble but I could get a professional to drill and they would work with me on the cost of taking the sink off and reattaching the sink but the cost to drill would be mine. That didn't work for me since I just paid over 400 dollars. He did call back a few times and ended up saying he would come by on Wednesday with an employee to drill. I declined if he wasn't qualified in the beginning he would not be qualified to drill my marble now. The other issue is the water line from the wall to the faucet stick out. I told the plumber he said he fixed it but all he did was push it up into the sink cavity it later popped back out. It needs a shorter line. I would like a refund, since I have to have the work redone

Had a furnace company perform a repair and they made the furnace inoperable. After two days of a cold house trying to get them to come out to review their work, I called Manwill. Manwill (Mark Evans was an amazing technician) found the problem and fixed it in less than 20 minutes — the house is warm and comfortable again. Thank you Manwill and I highly recommend them for your furnace needs!

Brayden and Phoenix came today to fix my hot water faucet in my shower. They were awesome! Ended up fixing both hot and cold with all new water valves for me. They were quick even with having to order the parts from their storehouse. Same day service and only took a couple hours from start to finish. They took care of everything and even cleaned up the little mess they made! Great friendly service! Definitely will have them back for any future repairs!!! Thank you!

Furnace stopped work at night with temperatures in the teens. Mark a technician at Manwill Plumbing, Heating and A/C was there at our home the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, chased down the part, installed it and we now have a warm home again by early afternoon. Mark is so great to work with. He is always so friendly, hard worker, knows what he is doing. I trust Mark at Manwill to always take care of us. Thank you Mark!!!!!

We have used Manwill for our plumbing and HVAC needs for over 30 years. In the last year we finally upgraded two of our very old furnaces and AC units with new furnaces and heat-pumps. As has been my experience in the past, they were responsive, their pricing competitive and their installation work excellent (and I'm picky about that). I continue to highly recommend them.
